About
One person builds this. That is the point.
FiggyCRM is built here in Connecticut by one person who runs a business the same way you do: directly involved, and answerable to every customer.

Andy Wilson, Founder
I spent years running a small business on a mix of a notebook, my inbox, and a CRM that wanted more from me than it gave back. Every one I tried assumed I had a sales team, a pipeline review, and someone whose job was keeping the CRM updated. I had none of those.
What I actually needed was smaller. Who did I say I would call back. What did we agree. What happens next. So I built the thing I wanted: contacts, deals, tasks, follow-ups, and a home screen that leads with the person you owe something to today.
I use it every day for my own work. When something annoys me in it, it gets fixed that week, because there’s nobody to ask for permission.
My side of the deal. In writing.
You get a person, not a ticket number
Write to hello@figgycrm.com and I answer it. Not a bot, not a queue, not a chat window that asks you to rate the conversation. If it’s a bug, you’ll usually hear which day the fix goes out.
One price, written down
$30 per user per month. Every feature, no tiers, no setup fee, no annual contract, no call with sales.
Your data is yours
Export everything from Settings whenever you like, in a format other tools can read. Delete your account yourself, without asking me first. I will never sell your data or hand it to advertisers.
No investors to answer to
FiggyCRM is funded by the people who pay for it. Nobody is waiting on a return, so there’s no quarter where the sensible move is to raise the price, bolt on an upsell, or make cancelling hard.
I’ll tell you when it’s the wrong tool
There are businesses FiggyCRM doesn’t suit, and I’d rather say so than take a month of your money. The honest guide names them.
FiggyCRM is new. Here is what that means.
Some companies open a page like this with a founding date in the 2000s. I can’t, and saying otherwise would break the first rule on the list above. FiggyCRM was built in 2026 and its first customers are using it now.
The upside is that the person who designed every screen and wrote the code behind it reads your email, and a good idea can be in the app the same week. The downside is that there are fewer years behind it. Both are true, and you should weigh them.
What I can show you instead of a timeline: nothing here is locked in. You can export everything you’ve put into FiggyCRM at any time, and the security page explains in plain English how it’s protected while it’s here.
Say hello. It reaches me.
Questions before you start, something broken, or an idea for what FiggyCRM should do next: email hello@figgycrm.com. A person reads every one, and that person is me.
