FiggyCRM

An honest guide

Is Figgy right for you?Honest answer.

Every CRM says it’s simple. Most of them are lying, and one guide telling you to “evaluate your needs” won’t help. So here’s the straight version: who FiggyCRM is for, who it isn’t for, and what to use instead when it’s not us.

Figgy fits if.

  • You're solo or a small team, and everyone who uses the CRM also talks to customers.

  • Your business runs on relationships: follow-ups, phone calls, and emails, not funnels.

  • You've quit a CRM before because keeping it updated became its own job.

  • You want the reminder, not the ritual. Contacts, deals, tasks, follow-ups. That's the list.

Figgy is wrong for you if.

These are real needs. We just don’t serve them, on purpose, and pretending otherwise would waste your trial and our reputation.

  • You need to bill, track time, or send proposals

Invoices, contracts, proposals, time tracking, and client portals are important parts of running many service businesses. FiggyCRM doesn’t do them, on purpose. Keep QuickBooks for the invoicing and time tracking, and whichever e-signature tool you already trust for the proposals and contracts, and let FiggyCRM hold the relationship.

  • You want marketing automation

Sequences, drip campaigns, lead nurturing, landing pages. That's a real need and we don't do any of it, on purpose. Use a dedicated email platform like Mailchimp for that, and keep FiggyCRM for the relationship.

  • You run enterprise sales operations

Approval chains, territory management, forecasting committees. That's enterprise software, built for enterprise budgets, and at that scale it earns its price. FiggyCRM is for the team that doesn't need any of it.

  • You live in pipeline analytics

Weighted forecasts, conversion reports, velocity dashboards. Plenty of tools do this well. We show you four numbers on purpose: open deals, won this month, follow-ups due, and contacts. We plan to keep it that way.

  • You want workflow automations

If-this-then-that builders, triggered actions, bots. We left those out deliberately, because every automation is a thing that can silently break your data while you sleep. This one doesn't get an alternative recommendation; it gets a philosophical disagreement.

Questions to ask any CRM. Including us.

Will your team actually open it every day?

The best CRM is the one that gets used. Fancy features you never open are just line items on an invoice. Whatever you pick, run a real trial with your real contacts before you commit.

What does it really cost?

Watch for per-feature tiers, paid add-ons, onboarding fees, and annual contracts you get talked into on a call. FiggyCRM is $30 per user per month, flat. Every feature, monthly billing, no calls.

How long does setup honestly take?

If the answer involves an implementation partner, that's a different kind of product. FiggyCRM setup is about ten minutes: export contacts from your old CRM, drop the file in, turn on email reminders. Done.

Can you leave with your data?

Ask this one before you sign up, not after. In FiggyCRM you can export everything, anytime, from Settings. Your data is yours. A CRM should earn next month, not hold your contacts hostage.

Still here? Good sign.

If none of the wrong-fit list applied to you, FiggyCRM was built for exactly your situation. Fourteen days free, no credit card, and your real contacts imported on day one.
