FiggyCRM

What’s new

Everything that changed. Newest first.

Small product, frequent improvements. This is the full list, written for the people who use FiggyCRM rather than the people who build it.

  1. Recurring tasks

Set a task to repeat every few weeks or months. Complete it, and the next one is created for you. The reminder email and push pick it up like any other task, so 'check in every month' is now one setting instead of a task you rebuild each time.

  2. Merge duplicate contacts

Two records for one person, usually from a CSV import or a logged email, can now be merged. Pick the two, choose which one to keep, and the notes, tasks, deals, and files from the other move across. Nothing is lost, and nothing has to be archived by hand.

  3. FiggyCRM is open to everyone

The doors are open: anyone can start a 14-day free trial, no card needed and no invite. Thank you to the people who used it first and told me what was wrong.

  4. Email a group of contacts

In Contacts, tick a few people and click Email. Your own mail app opens with them in BCC, so nobody sees anyone else's address. FiggyCRM never sends on your behalf.

  5. Home numbers update the moment you save

Open deals, Won this month, Follow-ups and Contacts now change as soon as you add or edit something, with no refresh.

  6. Email logging

BCC your private FiggyCRM address on any email you send a customer and it lands in their activity automatically. Find your address in Settings under Email logging.

  7. A contact record that reads like a card, not a form

Details are grouped into one clean card, the next step sits at the top, and on a phone there is a Call, Email and Text row under the name.

  8. Move deals from a phone in one tap

Each deal card has a Move button that opens a list of stages. Every move shows an Undo, just in case.

  9. Tasks: Today, Upcoming, Done

Three tabs replace four dropdowns. Overdue tasks sit at the top of Today, and a filter button holds priority and related items.

  10. Contacts: category pills and a filter button

Tap a category to filter the list. Company, category and tag filters live behind one funnel button at every screen size.

  11. FiggyCRM on your phone, rebuilt

A bottom tab bar, a Home screen that leads with the person you owe a follow-up, and cards instead of tables on every screen.

  12. Continue with Google

Sign up or sign in with your Google account. Passwords still work exactly as before.

  13. FiggyCRM is live

Open to everyone with a 14-day free trial, no card needed to start.
