What counts as a user?
Each person you invite to your FiggyCRM workspace is a user. Contacts and companies don’t count as users. Each seat is $30 per month, and you can add or remove users anytime. Billing adjusts as your team changes.
Is there a contract or annual commitment?
No. FiggyCRM is billed monthly, with no annual commitment or seat minimum. You can cancel anytime.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial runs for 14 days with no credit card required. When it ends, add a payment method to keep working. Your data stays in place while you decide.
Does everyone get every feature?
Yes. There’s one plan, and every user gets every available feature. No feature tiers, add-ons, or upgrade gates.
How does email logging work?
FiggyCRM doesn’t connect to or manage your inbox.
When you want to save a sent email to a contact, BCC your private FiggyCRM address before sending. The email is added to that contact’s activity timeline.
Keep using the email app you already prefer. FiggyCRM keeps the important client context with the contact.
Can I bring my data from my old CRM?
Yes. Export your contacts from your old CRM as a CSV, then drop the file in. No reformatting. No column mapping. Duplicates are skipped automatically.
It works with exports from Google Contacts, Outlook, HubSpot, Less Annoying CRM, and most other CRMs.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export your contacts, deals, projects, and tasks as CSV files anytime. Your data is yours.
How secure is my data?
FiggyCRM runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Your connection, stored data, and daily backups are encrypted. Backups are kept for 30 days.
